Insurance

  • Eligible (first of month) following completion of 90 days of full-time employment.

  • Bi-weekly deduction varies depending on plan and level of coverage selected.

Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance

  • $40,000 paid in full by CSI
Additional Voluntary Life, AD&D & Long Term Disability insurance available

Vacation-Accrued

  • 3 weeks per year (1.25 days per month-/10 hours per month, 4.62 hrs per pay period)
  • 4 weeks per year after 5 years
  • 5 week per year after 15 years

Other Benefits

  • 11 Holidays (7 scheduled Calendar days, 4 Floating Holidays)
  • Sick Time- 7 days per year (2.15 hrs. per pay period)
  • Disability Time- 4 days per year (1.23 hrs. per pay period)
