Employment : Benefits
Community Solutions Inc. (CSI) provides a wide range of benefit choices. New employees are introduced to the
benefit plan during new hire orientation. Once each year, thereafter, CSI sponsors an open enrollment
period which allows employees to make changes to their existing coverage. Benefit eligibility is based upon the
position held, and may be attached to both full and part-time, qualifying positions. Examples of benefits include, but are not
limited to the following:
Insurance
- Eligible (first of month) following completion of 90 days of employment.
- Health insurance is provided through Anthem.
- Bi-weekly deduction varies depending on plan and level of coverage selected.
- Dental insurance is provided through Aetna
- The dental plan is traditional (use any dentist) or DMO (must select dentist from list)
- All premiums are subject to change
Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
- $40,000 paid in full by CSI
- Additional voluntary life and Long-term Disability insurance is available
Vacation-Accrued
- 2 weeks per year during the first year
- 3 weeks per year after 1 year
- 4 weeks per year after 5 years
Other Benefits
- 11 Holidays (7 scheduled calendar days, 4 floating holidays)
- Sick Time - 7 days per year (2.15 hrs. per pay period)
- Disability Time - 4 days per year (1.23 hrs. per pay period)
- Tuition Reimbursement - after first year (based on budget and authorization by P.D.)
- 401K - up to first 4 percent of employee contributions matched 100 percent by employer
- Mileage Reimbursement
- In Service - 40 hours paid in-service training per year (seminars/conferences/internal)
- Performance Appraisal annually/Merit Increase - based on performance and available funding
