CSI's Adult Division was awarded a Bridgeport Advancing Capacity Together (ACT) grant funded by a grant to the City of Bridgeport from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The ACT program was developed in collaboration with the Greater Bridgeport Council of Churches, Workplace, Inc., and the United Way to identify community organizations with the goal to increase their ability to better serve their clients. CSI was awarded $12,000 to customize the HOPE system, Adult Division’s case management software by adding the Individual Service Plan. |
