CSI’s Training and Resource Department was selected by the Court Support Services Division (CSSD) to develop and deliver a comprehensive Quality Assurance(QA) program for contracted providers as well as additional approved CSSD staff and providers. Services will be provided for both adult services QA and juvenile services QA.
