Congratulations to Cesia Sonali Gonzales, most recent recipient of the CSI President's Award

Cesia "Sonali" Gonzales is a Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Clinical Supervisor in Florida who was nominated for the President's Award by her Area Director, Alesia Brooks. Sonali has been with the Orlando FFT team since 2008. During her time at CSI she has performed her responsibilities in an exemplary manner in all of her roles. In addition to being proficient in the delivery of FFT, Sonali is a strong and talented leader.

Sonali was nominated for the President's award because of her work with the El Paso FFT team. Sonali's El Paso contributions have been outside of and in addition to her on-going role as the Florida FFT Clinical Supervisor. When CSI was awarded a contract to provide FFT services in EL Paso, Texas earlier this year, Sonali worked with Alesia in the development and planning of the program implementation. She provided support to the recruitment efforts: screening, interviewing and the selection of candidates. She has also provided support with revising documentation specific to the needs of our El Paso referral source. Sonali continues to be instrumental in the training and on-going coaching and support of the three FFT therapists in El Paso.
