At Community Solutions we understand the importance of positive outcomes and realize that the strongest evidence that our services are effective comes by demonstrating positive impacts on the communities we serve. Examples of positive results within our training division include:

Training Highlights

  • Performed more than 2100 training hours and more than 2600 hours in Quality Assurance (QA) Services to the Alternative Incarceration Center (AIC) Network.  Provided more than 1500 hours in Juvenile Risk Reduction QA. Expanded QA to include Project Green Programs.

  • Continued with Women Offender Case Management QA.  CSSD Officers showed 22% increase in skill set.  Data results published through NIC funded study. 

  • Provided nearly 1000 hours of internal training to CSI staff members.  Expanded training to include online offerings. 

  • Provided training to DeKalb County and Savannah County Juvenile Probation on assessment and case planning and Motivational interviewing.
